At Blank Brain, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50. We use eco-friendly packaging to reduce our environmental impact. Shipping costs for orders under $50 vary depending on the weight and destination of the package. We strive to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days.

Please note that we do not currently offer expedited shipping options.

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

If there are any issues with your order, such as a delay or item being out of stock, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to let you know.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Blank Brain. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you would like to reorder different items, you will need to place a new order on our website.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges and we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
